职位描述

岗位职责：

主要工作Main missions:

负责产品前期质量控制及人员管理工作，具体内容如下：
Responsible for advanced product quality control and personnel management of seat assembly line . the details is as follows:
 Advanced product quality control include the control method planning and implement; Product appearance quality criteria specification.产品前期产品质量及过程质量控制，包括控制方法的策划与实施，产品外观质量标准的确定。
 Quality document making and implement such as control plan and inspect instruction preparation and quality plan 、CPK、MSA and other necessary documents. 质量文件的编制与实施，如：控制计划、检验标准、质量计划、CPK、MSA及其他必要文件。
 For new project and new localization project, response for quality plan and EMPB/PPAP submission and the process release from customer. 负责新项目及国产化项目的质量计划、EMPB/PPAP提交、以及获得客户的过程认可批准。
 Charge the management, assessment and the training for the people of advanced product quality control. 负责产品前期质量控制人员的管理，考核与培训工作。
 Organize the problem analysis and improvement for customer feedback. 组织对客户反馈的问题进行分析与改进。
 Organize advanced production quality analysis, coordinate with related dept. to make improvement.
组织产品前期生产过程中的质量问题分析，协调相关部门进行改进。
 Responsible for the urgent quality events handling in the plant, coordinate with relating functions to take actions to ensure the production in a smooth running.
负责处理前期厂内现场突发的质量事件，并协调公司相关部门采取相应措施，保证生产顺利进行。
 Advanced product process capability study and monitor
产品前期过程能力研究及稳定性监控
 Work out containment plan for new project launch or big change
制定新项目投产及发生重大变化时的遏制计划
 New project 2TP and QPN follow up and make process audit for process change, production at different location.
负责新项目的2TP 及QPN完成情况的跟踪。以及对工艺变更,异地生产等进行过程审核。
 Push the improvement of the problems due to process audit
负责项目审核及审核中存在问题的改进
 Preside Advanced product the measurement and test fixture manage.
负责产品前期的监视测试装置的计量管理及测试工装夹具管理
 D/TLD security archive duties。履行D/TLD 安全存档责任。

任职资格：

 QM is supervisory responsibilities.
BS/BA or equivalent experience
Requires 4+ years manufacture enterprise.

Familiar with Quality system requirements
 Qualification for internal auditor
 Know about Equipment/tooling MSA & capability
 Familiar with management of the gauge calibration
 Familiar with APQP for New Project
 Familiar with quality statistical skills as MSA, SPC…etc.
 Good management skill and communication skills
